At Eungai Preschool every child’s learning journey is respected as unique, dynamic, and deeply personal. We honour the individuality of each learner by embracing a pedagogy that is responsive, relational and grounded in careful observation.

Individualised responsive pedagogy begins with how we see children. We view them as competent, curious and capable of directing their own learning pathways. Through sustained observation and documentation, educators gain insight into each child’s rhythms, cultural background, temperament, communication styles and emerging skills.
